As a professional business person, meeting new business partners and establishing new business relationships are very important. But facing bunches of cards and manual entering the information is a headache. I do need a great business card reader Then I began my exploration of appropriate business card reader. I have tried about 3 apps, which are CamCard, WorldCard, scanbizcards business card. Taking an overall performance into consideration, CamCard wins! The accuracy is the big issue. I will give a series of data. All together 20 cards. And the time for scanning and editing all the information? CamCard: 30 minutes. WorldCard: 40minutes Scanbizcards: 35 minutes. No doubt CamCard is the fastest and most accurate. It requires you little effort to further edit the information. Maybe you will say there are only few minutes difference. But what about 50 cards? 100 cards? Efficiency really matters for me. Next is the security. Business information security is another big issue for me. If I lost some of the information , maybe I would lose some kind millions of business. After experiencing the three apps, I don’t feel much about the multiple platform synchronization as a back up for worldcard. For CamCard and scanbizcards business card reader, they all have web synchronization, but CamCard also provides password protection which prevent from the information leak. And recently, CamCard update its version. I am really looking forward to its cloud back-up function, which help me a lot as a careless person who often lost my phone on the taxi. I sincerely recommend CamCard as a great business partner. Believe me!
